In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, showcasing our exquisite jewelry collections, and guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to recommend suitable jewelry pieces. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, craftsmanship, and care instructions. Assist clients with selecting jewelry, ensuring they receive personalized attention. Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash handling and receipts. Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing promotions to enhance sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays that highlight key pieces. Provide detailed product information in multiple languages when applicable to serve diverse clientele. Ensure excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments. Keep track of inventory levels, assist with stock organization, and support merchandising efforts. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering loyalty. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or jewelry sectors, is preferred. Strong technical sales skills with the ability to demonstrate product features confidently. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proven ability in upselling and increasing sales through effective customer engagement. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for transaction accuracy. Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods. Exceptional customer service orientation coupled with professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of merchandising principles and inventory management practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
