The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, with exposure to CI/CD processes and software delivery best practices. Banking domain experience will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Develop and optimize solutions using MongoDB and NoSQL databases. Participate in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines. Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning of applications and databases. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality best practices. Required Skills 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases. Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices. Experience in application integration, API development, and microservices architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience working on Core Banking or Banking/Financial Services projects. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
