Japanese Speaking Operations Manager
We are Nicasa, a short term rental management company based in Seattle, currently managing 40 homes. We are looking to expand our growing team and hiring a full time Japanese speaking Operations Manager (W2 role). What you’ll do Operations Work with our other team members to set up new Nicasa properties in accordance with Nicasa standards Run preventive checks of homes per Nicasa standards : run monthly/quarterly/annual preventive tasks on homes per Nicasa standards Restock homes with supplies Ability to do landscaping, minor DIY repairs around home (faucet replacement, minor drywall patching, painting, etc). Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion with functional experience in the following Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary in ad-hoc tasks Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different Eligibility Criteria Legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to speak Japanese Able to work 5 days/week, 8 hour shifts, Thursday-Monday, 11 AM - 7.30 PM (includes 30 min break) Overtime and on-call (if any) at 1.5X of base hourly rate Attention to detail - make sure tasks are completed throoguhly Are able to navigate the city successfully and are comfortable commuting and working within our service area - within 10 miles of 98122 (mainly in Queen Anne, Central, Capitol Hill, Ballard, Queen Anne, and Bellevue) Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted Able to lift a 35lb device and be stretching, climbing stairs and performing repetitive motions Have a reliable car, car insurance and a valid driver's license (we provide gas allowance) Have an updated smart phone to check your schedule and communicate Benefits: Base pay: $65,000/year Bonus: Up to 20% of base pay, depending on company performance (current employees received 17%-18% bonus over the last 6 quarters) Overtime pay (1.5X of base pay) Health Insurance Dental insurance 10 vacation days + 6 sick days every year (vacation days increases by 2 days for every year of service to a maximum of 20 days) Professional development assistance Gas allowance (based on gas prices & average distance driven - currently at $66/week) This is W2 job - you don't pay for self-employment taxes like 1099 roles, we cover that.
