Duties include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, managing waste disposal and recycling, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and workspaces. The role will also assist with moving furniture and preparing meeting or event spaces as needed. In addition, the employee may be assigned to deliver and pick up documents, packages, supplies, and other materials. They will monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office equipment and cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages or replenishment needs. The employee must also respond promptly to urgent cleaning, maintenance, or messenger service requests and ensure that all assigned tasks are performed in accordance with established safety, sanitation, and workplace guidelines. Skills and Abilities: ● Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks. ● Time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities. ● Good communication skills for interacting with co-employees and the higher-ups. ● Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. ● Basic skills for managing supplies and deliveries. ● Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols. ● Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and urgent requests. ● Driving ability is a plus. Qualifications and Experiences: ● High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ● Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work. ● Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies. ● Basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations. ● Ability to trave Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
