Your Role & Responsibilities We are seeking an Ivalua Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Ivalua platform and will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring Ivalua modules, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the solution. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain processes and translate them into effective Ivalua configurations. As an Ivalua Functional Consultant , your main responsibilities will include: Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs. Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Ivalua solutions and Source-to-Pay processes. Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process assessments with business stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution design, testing, and deployment. Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions. Provide functional support and maintenance for Ivalua and related procurement applications. Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with third-party solution providers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and system utilization. Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or other SaaS-based eProcurement solutions. Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management processes. Strong understanding of procurement operations and their key business value drivers. Experience with Ivalua is highly preferred. Candidates with SAP Ariba experience and a strong procurement background are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of procurement transformation and digital procurement solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose timely solutions. Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong organizational skills with a structured and results-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good to fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of SQL is considered a plus. Additional language proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is considered an advantage. Experience with SAP environments, including SAP PP, is a plus when combined with procurement process knowledge. Why Join Us?
