# ITSM ServiceNow Developer **Joe Riley & Associates Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role ITSM ServiceNow Developer Permanent and Direct hire Location: Hybrid (3x/week in Makati) Shift: Dayshift Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment Design and maintain CSDM and CMDB structures and governance Build workflow automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Terform unit, integration, and regression testing Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development/configuration Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4, CSDM, and CMDB Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS Experience with ServiceNow workflow automation and integrations Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA & CAD Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): How much is your current/previous salary?
