# IT Systems, CRM & E-Invoicing Project Engineer **Tulpar Global Taxation** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Tulpar Global Taxation is looking for a capable and hands-on *IT Systems, CRM & E-Invoicing Project Engineer* to lead and complete key technology projects across the company. The role will combine CRM development and integrations, UAE e-invoicing/Peppol project delivery, IT operations, cybersecurity, backup management, website support, and third-party vendor coordination. This is an excellent role for a practical IT professional who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and support a growing professional services business. ## Key Responsibilities * Complete, improve and maintain the company CRM and lead-management system. * Develop and improve CRM interfaces, dashboards, workflows, automations, user roles, reports and KPI tracking. * Integrate CRM with website forms, WhatsApp, social channels, email, marketing campaigns and other business tools. * Lead the technical completion of Tulpar’s UAE e-invoicing provider project, including Peppol Access Point requirements and FTA technical readiness. * Coordinate the preparation and implementation of Peppol-related technical, security and operational requirements, including integration testing and ongoing support. * Liaise with third-party software providers, developers, Peppol partners, hosting providers and other IT vendors; monitor deliverables and follow up until completion. * Provide day-to-day IT support to management and employees, including systems access, devices, email, software, connectivity and user issues. * Monitor company data security, user access controls, backups, cloud storage, recovery procedures and cybersecurity risks. * Establish and maintain backup, disaster-recovery and data-protection procedures. * Support the development and maintenance of company websites, landing pages, online forms and internal portals. * Document IT systems, integrations, credentials-management procedures, support processes and vendor contacts. * Recommend practical improvements to strengthen business efficiency, system security and automation. ## Required Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. * Minimum *3–5 years’ experience* in IT systems, CRM development, integrations or business application support. * Strong experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, API integrations and reporting dashboards. * Knowledge of web development, including WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic PHP is preferred. * Experience with cloud systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, networking, hosting, backups and cybersecurity controls. * Knowledge of e-invoicing, Peppol, Access Points, SMP, API integration, XML/UBL or digital invoicing standards is a strong advantage. * Experience working with external software vendors and managing technical projects. * Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deadlines. * Professional English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. ## Preferred Skills * Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Odoo, Bitrix24, Monday.com or similar platforms. * Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, social media integrations and lead-routing systems. * Familiarity with ISO 27001, information-security controls and data-protection best practices. * Knowledge of UAE tax, accounting, e-invoicing or professional-services systems is an advantage. * Experience in UI/UX design and improving customer-facing digital interfaces. ## What We Offer * Opportunity to lead important digital transformation projects. * Direct involvement in CRM, e-invoicing and business automation initiatives. * A dynamic professional environment with career-growth potential. * Competitive salary based on experience and technical capability. ## How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a short cover letter highlighting: 1.
