IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

CGCH is seeking a skilled IT Engineer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, and software to ensure smooth and secure daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and network equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage company email accounts, user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
• Maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, internet, and IT security systems.
• Install and update operating systems, software, antivirus, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and support system upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in hardware maintenance, user support, email administration, and IT security.
• Knowledge of servers, backups, firewalls, and access control systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
