# IT Support Engineer (fixed 11pm to 7am shift) - East location **PERSOL** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to provide first-line (L1) technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, and end users during a fixed night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting application, hardware, network, and manufacturing system issues while ensuring smooth IT operations across the business. Key responsibilities Provide L1 support for applications, systems, and end users, ensuring timely issue resolution or escalation. Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, printer, and system-related incidents. Perform initial troubleshooting for infrastructure and network issues and escalate when necessary. Support the installatio n, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and end-user devices. Monitor and support manufacturing system s such as MES and WMS. Execute routine IT operational, security, and audit activities during the shift. Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and incident logs. About you Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Application Support, or End-User Support. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, security concepts, and SQL querie s. Experience supporting MES, WMS, or manufacturing systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work independently. Able to commit to a permanent night shift (Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Exposure to Cisco technologies, system administration, or enterprise applications.
