The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations. A valid driving license is mandatory as the role involves visiting client sites. Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote IT support to users and clients Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and networking devices Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues Maintain system performance, security, and data backups Set up and support email, internet.
