The ideal candidate will troubleshoot IT issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities · Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, Remotely. · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues · Install, configure, and maintain: 1. Windows 10/11 operating systems 2. Desktop/laptop systems and peripherals (printers, scanners) etc . · Strong Knowledge in Active Directory User and Computers · Support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications · Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, basic VPN) · Log, monitor, and update incidents in the ticketing system · Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation · Install and configure different types Antivirus/EDR installed and updation · Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures · Assist users with basic IT guidance and troubleshooting steps · Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance · Support Group Policy (GPO) related tasks · Firewall configuration and setup with Variable VLAN configuration · Support healthcare applications: EMR, ERP · Backup, Monitoring & Incident Handling · Good communication and customer service skills · Preferred Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science How to Apply Apply via Indeed or send your CV to: hr@mrvtech.ae Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
