# IT Support Engineer **Al Fuad Exchange** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at the Dubai Head Office Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience Graduate in IT or in a relevant field Good Communication skills Responsibilities: User Creation & Documentation, Active Directory Administration End User Support, Troubleshooting IT-related issues.Daily Server Backup, ESET Endpoint Security, and Firewall. Responsible for maintaining computer networks across various business locations, providing technical support to ensure operational efficiency. Attend to and troubleshoot technical issues reported by counter and departmental staff. Provide individualised instruction and training to users on new or updated technologies. Install desktop hardware and software as required. Utilise appropriate software to monitor systems and servers for potential worm, virus, and spyware attacks. Create, administer, and maintain user computing environments, including the establishment and management of user accounts and profiles, creation of logon scripts, server-based storage solutions, user file security measures, and management of user email accounts. Troubleshoot and provide support for server systems and application software. Assist in diagnosing issues related to telecommunications and network equipment. Troubleshoot and support end-users regarding login, printing, file saving, network access, and application-related issues. Conduct daily server backups to prevent data loss and facilitate recovery processes. Maintain records of user log-in activations and deactivations in accordance with IT regulations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot remote access services on the network. Monitor system and network security to safeguard against breaches. Uphold data backup and restoration procedures to ensure system integrity.
