Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning to execution. Lead infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, system migrations, vendor coordination activities, and technology projects. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Develop software user manuals, and IT policies, procedures, and protocols. Enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and compliance standards. Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and system redundancy initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud environments. Monitor system performance, uptime, and user satisfaction, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. Monitor network performance and resolve escalated technical issues. Ensuring all installations, maintenance and upgrades are carried out on schedule and client specifications. Manage IT assets, vendors, and service contracts. JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the supervisory or team lead role is required for this position. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and security. Strong background in data center management. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+/Security+) preferred Strong problem-solving, excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Work Location: In person
