Job Summary

ZAK Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across our IT solutions and services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the UAE IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct client visits.
• Promote and sell IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to businesses across Dubai and the UAE.
• Develop long-term client relationships and secure new AMC contracts and renewals.
• Sell IT infrastructure solutions, hardware, software, networking, CCTV, access control, and other IT services.
• Conduct client meetings, understand IT requirements, and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and suitable IT solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development in the UAE.
• Good understanding of IT AMC services, networking, IT infrastructure, and related solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and sales closing.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Dubai and UAE business market.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers, firewalls, CCTV, and IT support services is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
