We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline independently Promote and sell IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Managed IT Services, IT support solutions, and Security Systems Sales Cycle Management Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation and deal closure Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and business partners Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT and security solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities Target Achievement Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates Operate effectively in a KPI-driven sales environment Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets Experience in one or more of the following industries: IT Hardware & Software Managed IT Services Security Systems ELV Solutions Telecom or Technical B2B Services Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating business independently Fluency in English is required Valid UAE driving license is mandatory Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals who: Have strong hunting and closing abilities Are comfortable with field sales and client meetings Can work independently with minimal supervision Possess strong commercial awareness and customer focus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: AED 4,500 – 8,000 per month Uncapped commission structure Vehicle allowance Performance bonuses and sales incentives Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization Visa, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE labor law Apply Now If you are passionate about IT and Security Solutions sales and are ready to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
