The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing niche technical profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels and should have a good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements. The ideal candidate will have: - 2–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. - Proven experience hiring for SAP technologies. - Exposure to CRM technology recruitment. - Strong hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn. - Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates. - Experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. - Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills. - Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously. - Willingness to work onsite from the Bengaluru office. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. - Recruit for SAP and CRM technology positions. - Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, compensation, and role requirements. - Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring teams. - Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Manage offer negotiations and joining formalities. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for SAP and CRM skill sets. - Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate status in the ATS. - Work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and account teams. - Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets. SAP Hiring Exposure Experience recruiting for any of the following SAP skill sets will be preferred: - SAP S/4HANA - SAP ABAP - SAP FICO - SAP MM - SAP SD - SAP PP - SAP HCM - SAP SuccessFactors - SAP Basis - SAP BW/BI - SAP BTP CRM Hiring Exposure Exposure to recruitment for CRM technologies such as: - Salesforce - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - SAP CRM - ServiceNow - Other enterprise CRM technologies Required Skills - IT/Technical Recruitment - SAP Recruitment - CRM Recruitment - End-to-End Recruitment - Technical Candidate Screening - Naukri and LinkedIn Sourcing - Interview Coordination - Candidate Engagement - Offer Management - Strong Follow-up - Communication and Negotiation Work Requirements - Location: Bengaluru - Work Mode: Onsite - Candidate must be comfortable working from the office on a full-time basis. - Ability to work on multiple technical requirements simultaneously. - Strong coordination skills with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and delivery teams.
