IT Recruiter (English speaker)
Job Description: Source and identify suitable candidates for IT-related positions through portals. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates on their application status. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, and joining dates. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment targets. Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and ad-hoc projects when required. Job Requirements: Posses with Diploma and above in Business / Human Resource / Psychology Must able converse in fluent English Good communication skill and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a strong passion for achieving targets Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
