Job Summary Seeking an entry-level IT recruiter with 1-4 years of experience to support talent acquisition efforts in the IT sector. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified IT candidates to meet client hiring needs Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various IT roles to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidate matches Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience reach me at +65 93842934 TECHCOM SOLUTIONS PTE.
