IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter 4+ year experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our technical departments, focusing on identifying top-tier software engineers, system architects, data specialists, and product professionals

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source passive and active candidates using professional platforms.

Interview Coordination: Manage candidate tracking via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , ensuring timely status communication and a frictionless candidate journey.

• Proven Experience: 4–7+ years of dedicated experience functioning as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
• Domain Fluency: Thorough conceptual understanding of software engineering pipelines, cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile technology, and DevOps tools.
• Advanced Sourcing: Mastery of advanced Boolean search strings , X-ray searching, and data-driven recruiting avenues.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on operational knowledge utilizing major ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
