Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and databases . Recruit for technical positions such as: Java Developer .NET Developer Python Developer Full Stack Developer DevOps Engineer AWS / Azure Engineer QA / Automation Tester Data Engineer Business Analyst Other IT/Software profiles Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and salary expectations . Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate technical interviews. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates through the selection and joining process. Coordinate with clients/hiring managers regarding requirements and interview feedback. Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment . Hands-on experience recruiting software developers and technical professionals . Good understanding of IT technologies and job profiles. Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and candidate follow-up skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and screen resumes effectively. Knowledge of Boolean search / keyword sourcing is preferred.
