IT Recruiter / TAT Specialist Permanent – Full time Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) What we are looking for: Minimum 1 years experience full cycle IT recruitment or both IT & Non IT with proven track record of successful hiring and talent acquisition activities for permanent and contract staffing. Skilled in boolean search, recruitment platforms (including social media and digital platforms) & tools and recruitment activities. Experienced in ATS and CRM, building candidate pipelines, working with targets, KPIs and SLAs. Familiar with candidate management, offer, salary negotiation and salary proposal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude Has engaged with decision-makers (hiring managers, business leaders, etc.) Target-driven, energetic and flexible approach.
