This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to start their career in IT Recruitment , gain hands-on experience, develop technical recruitment knowledge, and connect talented professionals with the right career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels . Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the requirements of various IT positions. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and suitability. Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and meet recruitment timelines. Skills & Qualifications: Freshers / recent graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the software industry is an advantage. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals is preferred. Strong learning attitude and willingness to understand different technical profiles. Confident, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team . Passionate about building a long-term career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition .
