Technical Strategy & Product Development Lead the architecture and development of streaming + SaaS systems for brand clients. Own technical solutions for: Email marketing & automation systems Electronic Program Guides (EPG) Brand membership portals Order & payment integration pages Data analytics dashboards (user, content, business metrics) Ensure systems are customizable, extensible, and multi-tenant ready for different brand clients. 2. Team Leadership (5+ years management required) Manage, mentor, and scale the IT R&D team (developers, QA, DevOps, technical support). Conduct technical training, code reviews, and career development. Build an agile, high-performance engineering culture . 3. Delivery & Operations Oversee end-to-end system delivery: from requirements → development → deployment → ongoing maintenance. Manage technical support and service assurance based on actual system usage. Coordinate with suppliers for outsourced development, system support, deployment, and O&M assistance. 4. Client & Business Collaboration Work directly with global brands operating in different regional markets. Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions. Support client-facing frontend (brand homepage, feature pages, order flows) and backend dashboards. 5. Quality, Security & Scalability Ensure high availability, performance, and security of streaming and SaaS platforms. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response. Manage technical debt and system evolution across multiple client brands. Required QualificationsExperience 10+ years in software development / IT engineering 5+ years managing technical teams (Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / R&D Director) Proven experience in streaming, SaaS, or brand-facing technical systems Technical Expertise Strong background in SaaS architecture and streaming technologies Experience building email marketing systems , EPG interfaces , membership portals , order/payment gateways Familiar with data analytics dashboards (user metrics, content metrics, business KPIs) Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Backend: Java, Python, Go, or Node.js Frontend: React / Vue / Angular Databases: SQL + NoSQL DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Leadership & Soft Skills Strong English communication (written & spoken) — work with global brand clients Ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously Strategic thinking + hands-on problem solving Preferred (but not required) Greater Bay Area (GBA) working experience — understanding of regional tech ecosystem, talent, and business culture Success Metrics (KPIs) On-time delivery of brand system projects System uptime & performance (per brand SLA) Client satisfaction & retention Team velocity and technical quality Operational efficiency (usage-based service model) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Maternity leave Paid sick time Parental leave Professional development Work Location: In person
