Our multidisciplinary team leverages cutting-edge design tools and advanced engineering technologies to bring new ideas to life. We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking IT Project Manager to lead our remote software development operations from our Dubai office, working closely with engineering, product, and management teams to manage a remote development team, deliver software projects on time and within budget, and oversee all site operations, including suppliers and office setup. Responsibilities: - Manage a remote software development team, including task allocation, performance follow-up, and daily coordination. - Plan and deliver software projects from scoping through release, defining deliverables, timelines, and resource plans. - Organise and follow up on team workflows, and maintain clear project documentation. - Review technical work, including code, architecture choices, and estimates, to ensure quality and alignment with requirements. - Oversee all operations at the remote site, including office administration, recruitment support, and coordination with local service providers. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with IT suppliers for hardware, software, licences, and network infrastructure. - Manage project and operational budgets, track costs, and report on progress against plan. - Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate blockers proactively. - Ensure compliance with company IT security, quality, and data protection standards. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience managing IT or software development projects. - Hands-on Python development experience and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Strong budgeting, planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. - Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. - Excellent English written and verbal communication. - Native or fluent Vietnamese, written and verbal. - Proven experience managing remote or offshore development teams (a plus). - Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation, including IT equipment and office fit-out (a plus). - PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (a plus).
