The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope . This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in solutions implementation and software development lifecycle (SDLC) . Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed. Team & Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for project team members and stakeholders. - Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates. - Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. Issue Management - Identify potential project risks and issues early. - Develop mitigation strategies and lead resolution efforts . Budget & Time Management - Prepare and manage project budgets. - Ensure timely approval of project milestones and deliverables. - Track and report on project expenditures and timelines. Team Leadership & Development - Build and motivate project teams to meet project goals. - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) in project management , particularly in software development and solutions implementation . - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello). - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. Preferred Attributes: - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams. - High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
