# iT Project Manager (RPA & AI Solutions) **InsiteMY** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role iT Project Manager (RPA & AI Solutions) Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget Manage multiple concurrent RPA, AI, and integration projects Product Alignment & Roadmap Execution Work closely with the Product Manager to align delivery with the product roadmap and release plans Translate roadmap initiatives into execution plans, sprint timelines, and deliverables Track feature rollout, dependencies, and version releases Provide structured feedback from delivery and clients to improve product direction Technical Delivery Coordination Coordinate closely with Technical Leads and engineering teams Ensure clear translation of business requirements into technical tasks Monitor development progress across RPA workflows, AI/OCR modules, and integrations Ensure alignment between technical delivery and project milestones Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary interface between client, product, and engineering teams Lead requirement workshops, progress reviews, and solution walkthroughs Manage client expectations, scope changes, and communications Provide regular updates on status, risks, and key decisions Risk, Issue & Quality Management Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early Drive mitigation and escalation when required Ensure proper UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs Maintain delivery quality aligned with enterprise and banking standards Resource & Vendor Coordination Plan and manage resource allocation across projects Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners Track team capacity, utilization, and delivery efficiency Continuous Improvement & Delivery Excellence Improve delivery processes, templates, and governance standards Capture lessons learned and refine delivery frameworks Support pre-sales with estimation, planning, and delivery approach Requirements Experience 3–8 years of project management experience in technology delivery Proven track record in delivering RPA, AI, or system integration projects Experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise systems is preferred Technical Understanding Good understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar) Understanding of AI/OCR and document processing solutions Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and system integrations Ability to work effectively with technical teams without being hands-on Skills & Competencies Strong delivery and execution mindset Stakeholder and client management skills Structured problem-solving and risk management Clear communication across business and technical teams Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / hybrid delivery models Key Success Metrics (KPIs) On-time and on-budget delivery Alignment with product roadmap and release timelines Client satisfaction and successful UAT sign-off Delivery quality and reduction of escalations Efficiency and predictability of project execution Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
