# IT Project Manager | Hybrid **NISPI** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management . - Proven experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. - Experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. - Strong skills in timeline, scope, resource, and project dependency management. - Experience coordinating across mobile, backend, and third-party development teams. - Knowledge of banking applications, particularly Deposits, Loans, and Mobile Banking . - Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end project management support for mini app initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed scope and requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party providers to ensure effective project execution. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and other Agile ceremonies as needed. - Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple teams. - Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions to stakeholders. - Maintain the project binder and ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. - Manage project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate concerns when necessary. - Ensure alignment with agreed business objectives, technical requirements, governance standards, and delivery timelines. - Support project monitoring, release coordination, and formal project closure.
