IT project Manager - Cards Domain
Manage end-to-end delivery of cards, payments, and banking technology projects. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, status reports, and governance documentation. Coordinate with business users, IT application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timeline, cost, quality, security, and compliance expectations. Track risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and decisions, and escalate matters requiring management attention. Support scheme certification activities, mandate implementation, regulatory changes, testing coordination, and production rollout planning. Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and provide clear project communication to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to internal project governance, procurement, vendor management, information security, and compliance processes.
