IT Project Manager

Overview

Manage the delivery of services and projects for multiple clients across IT support, CRM implementation and configuration, technology setup and digital marketing.

The Project Manager will act as the main coordination point between clients, internal teams and external suppliers, translating agreed requirements into clear tasks, delivery plans and measurable outcomes. The role combines project delivery, resource coordination and client relationship management, with responsibility for keeping work within agreed scope, timescales and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and coordinate resources, priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain trackers covering deliverables, responsibilities, progress, risks and outstanding actions.
• Oversee CRM implementation, system setup and IT service delivery, working with technical specialists.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects activities, client approvals and agreed outputs.
• Act as the main client contact, conduct progress meetings and manage expectations and delivery concerns.
• Monitor budgets, allocated hours and scope changes, obtaining approval for additional work.
• Review completed deliverables, coordinate testing and handover, and obtain client acceptance.
• Report project progress, performance and risks to management.

Experience

• Relevant experience in project coordination or management within IT or client services.
• Understanding of IT support, CRM implementation and digital marketing delivery.
• Strong planning, task allocation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and use project management tools.
• Relevant project management training; professional certification desirable.

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Project Management: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• PRINCE2 Certification (preferred)
