# IT Project Manager **RIETER** · Winterthur, ZH · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets - Drive business process improvements across key functional areas - Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps - Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators - Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication - Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities - Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements - Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies You bring that with You - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives - Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control - High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments - Very good written and spoken English skills.
