The ideal candidate should have a strong technical development background with hands on programming experience, combined with the ability to manage IT development projects, ERP systems, integrations, and technology solutions. This is a technical leadership role for someone who can understand business requirements, design practical technology solutions, work with developers and vendors, and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of business applications and software solutions. Manage IT development projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and support. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop, review, and maintain software applications, APIs, databases, and system integrations. Work with ERP systems and coordinate integrations between ERP and other business applications. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and automation. Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives across the organization. Manage integrations between internal systems, third party platforms, websites, payment systems, CRM, ERP, and other business applications. Work closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other departments to understand technology requirements. Coordinate with internal developers, IT teams, external developers, software vendors, and implementation partners. Review technical specifications, system architecture, source code, database structures, and development standards. Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and properly documented. Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and system related issues. Manage software development timelines, priorities, testing, deployment, and post implementation support. Prepare technical documentation, project plans, system requirements, and progress reports. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve business productivity through technology. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, application development, IT development, or a similar technical role. Previous experience in a technical leadership or IT development management position. Strong hands on programming and software development experience. Strong understanding of databases, APIs, system architecture, and software integrations. Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks. Strong ERP experience, including implementation, customization, integration, or support. Experience integrating ERP systems with other business applications. Strong understanding of SDLC, software testing, deployment, and project management. Experience working with cloud platforms and modern business applications is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. UAE experience is preferred. Experience in automotive, trading, retail, or other transaction driven businesses will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating with developers at a technical level, understanding code and system architecture, working with multiple ERP platforms, and converting business requirements into practical technology solutions.
