The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data, analytics, and platforms , and proven expertise in managing multiple parallel workstreams while driving delivery across globally distributed teams . Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management - Lead and manage multiple parallel projects/workstreams across different business units and geographies - Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies - Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and adherence to budgets Technical Leadership - Provide strong technical leadership in areas such as: - Data platforms and analytics solutions - Cloud-based architectures and enterprise systems - Collaborate with engineering teams to drive architecture decisions and technical design reviews - Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture and technology roadmap Cross-Team Coordination & Delivery - Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders - Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects - Ensure seamless coordination across global teams and time zones - Act as the central point of contact for escalations and issue resolution Stakeholder Management - Engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and clients to understand priorities and expectations - Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and status reports - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals Delivery & Execution - Ensure execution excellence using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies - Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning - Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle , including development, testing, deployment, and post-release support Risk & Governance Management - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and define mitigation strategies - Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices - Track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance metrics Process Improvement - Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks - Implement best practices for project management, DevOps, and data delivery - Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members Required Skills & Qualifications Experience - At least 10+ years in project/program management - Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams - Experience working with global teams across different regions Technical Expertise - Strong background in: - Data engineering, analytics platforms, and data warehousing - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred) - Enterprise applications and distributed systems - Familiarity with modern tools and technologies: - ETL pipelines, Big Data technologies - APIs, microservices architecture Project Management Skills - Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies - Strong planning, tracking, and delivery management skills - Proficiency with tools: - JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence Leadership & Soft Skills - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive decisions at senior levels - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Preferred certifications: - PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 - Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) Good to Have - Experience in data transformation or digital transformation programs - Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives - Experience in platform modernization and cloud migration programs - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Key Competencies - Multi-project delivery management - Technical depth in data and platforms - Cross-team coordination across global environments - Strategic thinking and execution excellence To proceed with the next steps, please share your updated resume along with the following details: Full Name: Contact Details: E-mail ID: Current Salary(Including benefits): Expected Salary: Joining Time Required (Notice Period): Current Company: Current LocationTotal Experience: Legal Status: Convenient time to schedule the Interview: Reason for Job Change: LinkedIn ID: Work Location: In person
