Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Experience in managing external vendors, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring service level compliance. Capable of managing organizational and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations. Ability to analyze complex project issues and propose effective, timely solutions. Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams. Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for effective resource utilization.
