In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear communication, efficient workflows, and successful product delivery. Key responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior leadership and engineering leads - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps - Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities - Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, scope, budget, and deliverables - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with clients, business stakeholders, and senior leadership - Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and expected delivery dates - Identify and manage project dependencies across teams, systems, vendors, and stakeholders - Identify potential project risks and issues at an early stage and establish appropriate mitigation and contingency plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans, schedules, backlogs, status reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation About you - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects from inception through deployment - Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with Kanban is an advantage - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub, Trello, and Zoho Creator - Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Sufficient technical aptitude to understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and development processes and communicate effectively with engineering teams - Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
