IT Product Manager

About the Role This IT Product Manager will role is best suited to those with at least 1- 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Technical Knowledge, Market Research, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data Analysis.

The IT Product Manager in the VAR division will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of products offered by the division. This includes developing product strategies, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating product launches, and ensuring the products meet market needs. The IT Product Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and technical support, to deliver product solutions that align with ITConnexion’s business objectives and growth strategy.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Product Strategy and Development:

o Develop and implement product strategies for the VAR division that align with business goals.

o IIdentify market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product roadmaps.

o Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Vendor & Partner Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

o Negotiate product pricing, support agreements, and vendor incentives to enhance profitability.

o Ensure that ITConnexion is up to date with the latest products, promotions, and programs from partners.

Product Launch & Marketing:

o Coordinate product launches, ensuring that all marketing, sales, and technical teams are aligned.

o Work with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and materials for new and existing products.

o Conduct training sessions for the sales team and partners to ensure product knowledge is up to date.

Sales Support:

o Provide pre-sales support by assisting with product selection, pricing strategies, and customer-specific product customizations.

o Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets for the VAR division.

o Track and analyze product performance, including profitability, market share, and customer feedback.

Product Roadmap Management:

o Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.

o Coordinate product upgrades, feature enhancements, and support plans with vendors and internal teams.

Technical Liaison:

o Work closely with technical teams to ensure product compatibility, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.

o Ensure smooth integration of VAR products with ITConnexion’s Managed IT and other service offerings.
