Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. - 8–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in IT project governance, PMO leadership, and/or large-scale program delivery. - Knowledge and experience of investment banking front-to-back office functional workflows is preferred. - Strong analytical and numeracy skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel. - Excellent communication skills; highly organized, structured, and methodical working style. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. - Demonstrated understanding of PMO roles, responsibilities, and operating model. - Ability to clearly articulate the value and impact the candidate will bring to the PMO function and organization. - Experience with project management tools, budgeting processes, vendor management, and/or offshore teams is a plus.
