The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, systems, and services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cloud platforms Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Work set-up: Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Early morning (6AM) Employment Type: Direct and Permanent Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
