The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience and the ability to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and network services. Monitor and maintain servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, and IT resources. Ensure regular backup, system availability, and data security. Monitor IT performance and identify potential technical issues proactively. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and support. Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and access controls. Support installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of IT systems. Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, system records, and operational procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to employees. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and applicable security standards. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum 6 years of relevant IT Operations experience in the UAE . Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, systems, and end-user support. Experience in troubleshooting and managing IT systems in a corporate environment. Good understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access management, and IT security practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT priorities. Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
