About the Opportunity

We are a publicly traded, growing technology infrastructure organization seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to oversee technical operations, manage IT service delivery, and support the continued growth of its infrastructure and technology environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT operations, previous experience managing a Managed Service Provider (MSP), and the ability to oversee technical teams, systems, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and technical service delivery.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and managed service providers.
• Lead and coordinate IT teams, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee IT systems, troubleshooting, escalations, and technical support processes.
• Support the implementation and optimization of IT policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure reliable performance, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience , including significant exposure to IT operations and infrastructure.
• Previous experience managing or overseeing a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments .
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other widely recognized compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors, and IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with GPU computing infrastructure .
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure .
• Exposure to AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or cloud computing environments .
• Experience supporting rapidly growing technology organizations.

Offering:

• Base Salary of anywhere from $130,000 - $170,000
• Annual target bonus of 10-20%
