Job Description

Mood Espresso LLC is seeking an experienced IT Manager / IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and communication systems. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, data security, business continuity, and effective IT support across the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure and Technical Support

• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, domains, cloud hosting, and servers.
• Maintain computers, laptops, hardware, and IT equipment.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, network security, and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, company emails, and user accounts.

1. ERP Systems Management

• Administer and support Odoo ERP.
• Maintain and support Aurelia ERP, including development coordination, data migration, and system maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP and associated servers.
• Maintain VISAC server infrastructure and provide technical support.

1. E-commerce and System Integrations

• Manage and maintain the Shopify website.
• Support email and WhatsApp automation systems.
• Maintain payment gateway integrations, including Tabby.
• Support the Dubai Police vending machine telemetry system.

1. Communication and Security Systems

• Manage the 3CX call center and telephone systems.
• Coordinate with du, Etisalat, and other IT service providers.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection, and access controls.
• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.

1. IT Operations and Business Support

• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize system downtime.
• Maintain system documentation, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve IT and system-related issues.
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, integrations, and vendor support.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multi-department business environment.
• Strong experience in network administration, server management, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Knowledge of Shopify, payment gateway integrations, and business automation.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, 3CX, and telecom systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems independently and support business-critical operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP migration, implementation, or development projects.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, database management, and system integrations.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across offices, production facilities, and retail operations.
