Master’s degree in IT, - Minimum 7–10 years’ progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 3–5 years in supervisory/leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record managing IT teams, infrastructure, projects, and enterprise systems. Core Competencies & Technical Skills Needed 1. Infrastructure & Operations a. Manage on premise and cloud infrastructure b. Network architecture, security, firewalls, servers, storage, and backup/disaster recovery planning c. IT service management, helpdesk operations, system maintenance, and ITIL best practices 2. Systems & Software a. Oversee ERP, HRMS, other business applications, databases, and enterprise software deployment & integration b. Evaluate, select, and implement software solutions aligned with business needs c. Data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks 3. Project & Resource Management a. Lead end-to-end IT project management — planning, budgeting, implementation, and go-live b. Manage IT budget, procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation c. Align IT strategy with organizational goals and business operations 4. Leadership & Management Skills a. Strong people management: lead, mentor, and develop IT staff; set performance goals and drive career growth b. Excellent strategic planning & decision-making: translate business needs into IT roadmaps c. Stakeholder communication: coordinate with department heads, management, and external vendors d. Problem-solving, crisis management, and IT risk assessment & mitigation Pay: Php720,000.00 - Php900,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quezon City
