IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT operations, systems, and infrastructure within a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality IT experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing hotel systems, IT teams, and external vendors.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in an IT role within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong hands-on experience with hotel management systems, particularly OPERA PMS .
• Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and systems.
• Oversee hotel technology platforms and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
• Manage relationships, contracts, and service agreements with IT vendors and service providers.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team.
• Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and IT compliance.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure technology supports smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal operational disruption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in luxury or 5-star hotel operations is essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
