IT Manager
THE COMPANY
IQ Glass is an employee-owned business where our team is at the centre of everything we do. Founded in 2010, we have built our reputation on ambition, rapid progression, and elite teamwork. We are the UK's undisputed leader in high-end architectural glazing solutions, delivering innovative, bespoke glass installations for luxury residential and prestigious commercial developments worldwide.
As our business continues to grow, technology is becoming increasingly critical to the way we operate. From Microsoft 365 and Azure to Salesforce, Slack, project management systems, automation tools and cloud platforms, our IT estate supports every department across the organisation.
We are now seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of our technology roadmap, supplier relationships, cyber security, digital transformation initiatives and overall business systems strategy.
THE ROLE
This is not a traditional helpdesk or infrastructure management position.
We are looking for a commercially aware part time IT Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business operations, ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, integrated and aligned with the company's future growth plans.
Working closely with directors and department managers, you will take ownership of our technology strategy, manage relationships with external IT providers, manage our existing, sophisticated IT infrastructure, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, and ensure all systems work seamlessly together across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Microsoft 365 and Azure background combined with experience overseeing multiple software platforms, supplier relationships, cyber security governance and business process improvement initiatives.
For candidates at the upper end of the salary range, we would expect demonstrable experience managing complex multi-site IT environments, enterprise software ecosystems and large-scale systems integration projects.
This is a part time role and we are open to all preferred working patterns so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role that can fit around their wider commitments.
