This role combines technical leadership, IT project execution, procurement governance, vendor management, and IT solution sales & support, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT environments while driving value-added revenue through client IT services. What you’ll own: 1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management · Manage wireless networks, desktop support, and network operations across all sites · Design and implement LAN/WAN infrastructure and scalable network architectures · Plan and execute passive network design, including cabling layouts, rack planning, and IO placement · Configure and maintain routers, switches (L2/L3), VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies · Deploy, manage, and optimize wireless access points for performance and coverage · Set up configuration management, network diagrams, and IT documentation · Monitor network uptime, bandwidth utilization, and system performance · Ensure network security, access control, and IT policy compliance · Troubleshoot network and endpoint issues and ensure SLA-based resolution · Configure, manage, and maintain enterprise firewall solutions including Sophos and pfSense for network security, traffic control, and policy enforcement. 2. IT Procurement Management Lead end-to-end procurement planning, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management across: · Hardware Procurement · Laptops, desktops, Printers, monitors, etc. · Servers, NAS / SAN storage · UPS and power backup systems · IT accessories and peripherals · Networking Procurement · Switches, routers, and firewalls · Wireless access points · Passive infrastructure: LAN / fiber cables, patch panels, racks, IOs · Security Systems Procurement · Access control and biometric systems · Software & Licensing · Operating systems · License Procurement & Management( e.g. : Microsoft / Google etc) · Antivirus and endpoint protection · ERP / CRM / HRMS tools · AV and video Conferencing Solutions · Collaboration and meeting room devices · AMC contracts · Maintain IT asset lifecycle tracking, procurement records, and documentation 3. IT Network & Sales (ITNS) – Client Solutions, Coordination & Implementation · Support revenue growth by delivering end-to-end IT network solutions , combining active and passive infrastructure with strong client coordination and project execution. Active IT Network Sales & Solutions · Recommend and upsell active network components including switches (L2/L3), routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers. · Propose network security solutions , VPN setups, bandwidth upgrades, and performance optimization. · Support sales teams with technical solutioning, BOQs, costing, and client presentations . · Design scalable network architectures aligned with client business needs. Passive IT Network Sales & Infrastructure · Identify opportunities for structured cabling expansion , LAN/fiber backbone upgrades, rack planning, and IO deployments. · Provide technical inputs for passive network layouts and future scalability planning. · Coordinate with installation teams for structured cabling implementation. Client Coordination & Implementation (ITNS Delivery) · Act as the technical SPOC for enterprise clients during pre-sales, implementation, and handover. · Understand client requirements, conduct site assessments, and propose optimized IT solutions. · Coordinate active and passive installations ensuring quality, timelines, and SLA adherence . · Support onboarding, upgrades, and expansion projects across client environments. · Drive upselling opportunities through continuous client engagement. 4. Emerging Technology & OEM Innovation · Stay updated with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital workplace technologies · Evaluate and recommend modern IT solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience · Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption 5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management · Coordinate with ISPs, and service providers · Manage installation teams for active and passive infrastructure · Ensure SLA compliance and service delivery quality · Collaborate with projects, facilities, and operations teams Required Skills & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Networking (preferred) · 7–12 years in IT infrastructure, networking, procurement, or managed IT services · Vendor negotiation and procurement management · IT solution consulting and BOQ preparation · Client communication and project coordination · IT documentation and asset tracking · Knowledge of latest hardware brands and pricing · Awareness of emerging AI and productivity tools · Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
