# IT Manager **Hyundai Motor Company** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the Information Technology Department. - Define and implement the IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture aligned with corporate business goals. - Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls across all IT functions. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards. - Act as the primary decision authority for IT investments, prioritization, and risk management. - Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT services - Lead digital transformation initiatives, automation, and innovation projects. - Oversee system development lifecycles including design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement. - Ensure implementation of information security strategy, controls, and monitoring. - Ensure cost effective delivery of IT services and solutions. - Lead, develop, and mentor IT managers, specialists, and technical teams. - Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to align IT with business needs. - Prepare executive reports, IT performance updates, and strategic presentations for management and HQ. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - More than 10 years of progressive IT experience, with senior management or head‑of‑department responsibility - Proven experience in IT governance, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and security - Strong background in project management, vendor management, and budget control - Knowledgeable in Agile Methodology Work Location: In person
