Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities and increase company revenue. - Manage daily IT operations, projects, and service delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. - Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Lead internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. - Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Develop strategies to expand the client base and achieve business targets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT management, business development, and operations. - Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
