IT & Infrastructure Manager

IL Makiage , part of ODDITY Tech (Nasdaq: ODD), is a fast-growing beauty brand with 40+ retail branches across Israel and a strong digital presence. We are looking for a hands-on IT & Infrastructure Manager to take full ownership of IT operations in Israel. You will report directly to the VP IT.

This is a role for a self-driven, resilient professional who stays calm when a store is down, takes responsibility, and gets things done. You will manage the full scope yourself, from day-to-day support to infrastructure and security, and work with external vendors where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Own IT operations for HQ and 40+ retail branches, including POS, connectivity, endpoints and user support..
• Manage server infrastructure and virtualization, including the servers hosting our ERP, together with our infrastructure partners..
• Oversee identity and access management, onboarding and offboarding, and endpoint management..
• Maintain information security, backup and recovery, and incident response..
• Manage IT vendors, licensing and procurement, and ensure service levels are met..
• Support SOX and IT general controls (ITGC) audits and keep processes and documentation audit-ready..
• Lead readiness for peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, including on-call response..
• Drive continuous improvement projects across systems, processes and tooling..

Requirements:

• 4+ years in IT management or senior IT operations, ideally in retail or multi-site environments..
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware) and backup solutions..
• Experience with information security tools and practices..
• Exposure to SOX or ITGC audits..
• Proven ability to manage vendors and projects independently..
• Strong personality, high ownership and the ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions..
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English..
