The role will oversee infrastructure operations, availability, performance, security, and service continuity while managing infrastructure projects and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead IT infrastructure operations covering servers, networks, cloud, storage, systems, and endpoint infrastructure. - Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, standards, policies, and procedures. - Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure. - Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations. - Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve critical technical issues. - Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and infrastructure security initiatives. - Manage vendors, technology partners, contracts, and infrastructure budgets. - Lead, coach, and develop infrastructure team members. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with leadership/management experience. - Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, and endpoint technologies. - Experience in IT infrastructure planning, project management, and vendor management. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
