IT Functional Analyst Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, System Analysis or Product Manager.
• Experience with WMS (preferably Infor) and ERP integration is preferred.
• Good understanding of system workflows, data dependencies, and user flows.
• Knowledge of UX principles and Business Process Analysis.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

• Manage WMS (Infor) and its integration with ERP (Microsoft NAV).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead Level 2 support for escalated operational issues and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
• Drive system enhancements and business process improvements.
• Lead system implementation and change management to ensure effective user adoption.
• Supervise daily team activities and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
