MSBU Konsultan Indonesia, please visit our website at: website: https://msbu.co.id/id/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/msbukonsultan/?__pwa=1 Linkedln: https://www.linkedin.com/company/msbukonsultan/posts/?feedView=all Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement new HR system modules based on user requirement for both application and database (using Next.js and PostgreSQL). - Enhance and maintain existing HR modules to improve performance, usability, and reliability. - Perform, track and record bug fixing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues. - Perform functional, regression, and basic integration testing for HR system modules - Collaborate with relevant stakeholder to clarify requirement and ensure quality delivery. - Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with internal policies. - Prepare technical documentation and support system handover and knowledge sharing. - Design, execute and document test cases for new, enhanced and existing functionalities based on functional and business requirement - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with user when required Requirement: - At least 2+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer - Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Python - Having experience in developing using CodeIgniter 4, developing internal HR system and conducting automated testing will be an advantage. - Solid understand of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization - Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services - Familiar with version control system (e.g., GitLab) - Understand of web security best practices and data protection - Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability for web applications - Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies using project management tools like Jira or Notion to track task, sprint and issues - Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate coding, debugging, and unit testing - Strong problem solving and analytical skill - Good communication skill to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholder - Experience in conducting data migration Ability to commute/relocate: - Jakarta: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): - Do you have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer? - Do you have hands on experience develop web application using Next.js and PostgreSQL? - Do you have experience designing PostgreSQL database schemas and optimizing SQL queries for application performance? - Do you have experience develop application using CodeIgniter 4? - Do you have hands on experience develop RESTful APIs and integrating frontend application with backend services? - Are you familiar with Git-based version control system such as GitLab or GitHub? - Have you work in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools such as Jira, Notion or similar project management tools? - Do you have practical knowledge of web security best practices, data protection, authentication, authorization and secure API development? - Do you have hands on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar tools for coding, debugging or testing?
